Welcome to Tiffany’s 24K Cleaning Service! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be scheduled in advance.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20.00 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will also incur a $20.00 fee.

3. Service Guarantee

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Liability & Damages

  • While we take great care in handling your property, Tiffany’s 24K Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for any damage resulting from normal cleaning procedures.

  • Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service.

5. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our team, we do not clean hazardous areas or handle biohazardous materials.

  • Clients must ensure safe working conditions, including running water and electricity.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information provided will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
