Welcome to Tiffany’s 24K Cleaning Service! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be scheduled in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20.00 late cancellation fee.

No-shows will also incur a $20.00 fee.
3. Service Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Liability & Damages

While we take great care in handling your property, Tiffany’s 24K Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for any damage resulting from normal cleaning procedures.

Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service.
5. Health & Safety

For the safety of our team, we do not clean hazardous areas or handle biohazardous materials.

Clients must ensure safe working conditions, including running water and electricity.
6. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest terms.
